    Whilst on the subject of pre-compressor cooling I think I saw the other day mention that the Sageburner had some rudimentary water injection in front of the compressor.

    1. I didn't list the "aviationtrivia" post because I only listed mine. It's very interesting, though. Thanks for calling it to my attention.

      I only know for sure that there was a pre-compressor cooling installation in the Skyburner. If you look closely at a good picture of it, there appears to be a large tank in the aft cockpit.
